SERVICES
Individual Therapy
I am currently scheduling appointments on Wednesdays, Thursday afternoons/evenings, and Fridays. Half of my days are in-person at my office, the other half are telehealth appointments via Zoom. My office is located near Silver Lake in Everett, WA.
I take insurance coverage through Premera, Kaiser PPO/HMO, First Choice, United, UMR, Providence Health Plan, Lyra, Spring Health, and LifeWise (excluding Alpine plans).
For those with other health insurance coverage plans not listed above, I am happy to provide an invoice after each session that you can submit directly to your insurance company for processing as an out-of-network claim. Your insurance can then reimburse you based upon your benefits/deductible for out-of-network care. I currently charge $150 for a private pay 55 minute session. As an example, after meeting any deductibles, many insurances will reimburse up to 60% of the rate - meaning around $60 out of pocket for a session.
I also welcome private pay clients.
You may wish to connect with me prior to starting services to make sure you feel comfortable and that we are a good fit. I offer one free 15-minute intro call (by phone or video) to meet and discuss what you're hoping to be supported with. Please Contact me to request.

I provide brief consultation to individuals and families, school staff, and other clinicians on various topics that I have clinical experience in, including:

No Surprises Act:
The No Surprises Act is aimed at eliminating surprise medical bills for patients. In regards to your work with me as a mental health provider, if you are not using your insurance to cover services you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs for therapy sessions or any other services related to your treatment with me.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or contact Lauren Collins at 425-610-9734 or lauren@witnessedhealing.com
